The "Last visit" field indicates the last time the venue was visited by an administrator. The information can only be guaranteed as of this date. If the field says "Never visited" it means all information was gathered from other sources. Hopefully this is accurate but it can not be guaranteed.
Each venue has a GPS location pin showing the venue on a map. The Verified (green) badge means the GPS was captured on site at the venue. The Unverified (red) badge means the GPS coordinates have not been personally confirmed. You have two map choices: Easy Map opens a simple map right here in the app, Google Map opens Google Maps in your browser. If you use Google Map you may see two markers - a pin from this app and a separate location marker from Google.
